Services

Erickson Log and Timberframe Homes is a full service General Contractor in Minnesota who builds only log homes and timberframe homes.  We are Independent Representatives of Real Log Homes® and of Timberpeg®. We will complete turn-key projects or do any portion of the project including design, erecting the shell, project and budget management and managing any and all sub-contractors.

Site Visits

We will gladly visit your building site here in Minnesota, and discuss with you options for making the most of your land.  We will discuss how to build for the best views, usable outdoor space, and talk about other considerations such as grade, drainage and site access.  It’s an invaluable service to have a skilled and experienced builder helping you plan from the very first step.

Design

We are here to work with you during the design process.  Both Timberpeg® and Real Log Homes® have award-winning in-house design departments that are ready to custom design a home for you.  It’s our job here at Erickson Log and Timberframe Homes to be your advocate, and help facilitate communication between you and the designers.  Minnesota log homes and Minnesota timber frame homes, have unique style needs due to our weather – so together my Minnesota builder experience, combined with the years of design experience offered by the Timberpeg® and Real Log Homes® design departments – we will custom design you a home to truly fit your needs.

Construction

Erickson Log and Timberframe Homes is a fully licensed contractor in Minnesota, who can oversee your entire log home project from digging the foundation to installing your lighting fixtures.  Our Minnesota GC license # is BC634146.

Support

After the completion of your log or timber frame home, it’s a reassuring thought to know that someone is always close by to answer any questions, and who will stand by their work.  We have been in business many years and have always maintained good relationships with all our past customers.  The time may come when a client wants help performing maintenance tasks, and we are always happy to either help or to provide the contact information for a company to perform the maintenance.  No matter what questions or issues our clients have, we are always there to answer and help.
